Charles 'Chicka' Dixon at immigration at Sydney's Mascort airport.  These photographs were taken from what was called a butter box - a camera hidden inside another object such as a briefcase of boxe of some sort.

Images taken from a 'butter box' would often be shot every few seconds and create seqwuences of events.  Chicka Dixon was a unionist and Aboriginal activist who was centrally involved in the establishment of the Aboriginal tent embassy.  Whilst ASIO targetted him as a threat to the State, he was given a State funeral when he died in 2010
